In a healthy person, Chi, also known as the life force, flows smoothly through the body’s energy channels in a state of dynamic equilibrium. Acupuncture achieves its curative effect by clearing obstructions and balancing the energy flow. Once the smooth flow of Chi is restored, an individual becomes healthy.
This Eastern Philosophy is second nature to Dr. Kara MoraMarco and intrinsic to her perspective on health and healing.
